Kicked for flying: Enchanting

I was scrolling through the enchantments in my table, trying to enchant 4 Iron Picks and 1 Iron Sword, And after about 15 minutes, (Which it took cause longer not only because I couldn't find many 40+ enchants, and when I did, they didn't apply) I finally enchanted the Iron Sword and Two of the Iron Picks. I closed the enchantment table and got some watermelons to eat, I went back, and on my first try I clicked on an enchantment that was level 46 for my third pickaxe, it enchanted, It was Efficiency IIII Unbreaking III, and it kicked me for flying.

When I logged back on, all I had were my were swords, my unenchantable items, and 2 of the enchanted pickaxes.

So just thought I'd post this.

That is the weirdest bug I've ever heard of.
I'll look into it, but for now just blame Minecraft.

Can you make it easier to get the higher level enchantments though? According to EpicNoob, I have the 'strongest' bookshelve pattern, but level 40+ are still rare, then if it doesn't apply, I have to find another.
