Nation/Town banks

I wasn't sure where to put this at so I'm just putting it here lol. Anyways it's really stupid that mayors and nation leaders can't withdraw FROM THEIR OWN BANK lol. I don't know if it's a glitch or if it's messed up or if you made it like that Cav but it's really stupid that we can't withdraw our own money from our town and nation banks.

Cav did it to prevent a corrupt mayor from withdrawing town funds. That said almost every mayor of note on the server is rich as all hell, and almost all of us finance our towns/nations entierly out of our own pocket.

Yeah, but if someone wants to move their town or merge the nations/towns ALL that money in the back went to waste pretty much.
