| There seems to be a proximity bug. Someone has claimed a town (Ipswich) right outside of Bale, near the entrance.
Just saying, as it conflicts with where i want to build in the lake >_< | |

| About 20 blocks away. I've found another lake which is suitable, so unless you have issue with his proximity to Bale, ignore this. | |
