Appeal for unban: Tariax

Reason for Ban:Flaming in global.
Date of Offence:1-24-12
Admin who Banned you:I think Zessus.
Reason for why you should be Pardonned:I am sorry for what I did i was just mad becasue TBE killed me when i was farming and broke there treaty and they flamed us first sry i dont have pics of it.
Additional Notes:I read cav:"anybody flaming in global will be jailed" I didnt know it was banable

He was agitated in a manner similarly to mine, he might not sound like it, but he is indeed sorry, like I am. +1

i'm going to sit on the fence about this, because according to many people, you constantly flamed for days.
and if you constantly flamed for days you must of been given some sort of warning to stop.
i will give my vote once i have heard what others have to say.

-1, he's caused problems for cav before.

Epic's vote has been veto'd; He was banned the same day.
Tariax's vote has been veto'd; He's appealing a ban,

i wasnt trolling till i got attacked then my troll inside of my head started stabbing the logic person in my head and it got out of control from there on sorry

Tariax can be annoying at times, my intentions was to run him off not get him banned (I didn't report you or ban you someone else did) I did NOT want him banned. Everyone has flamed in global and I really do think its a stupid rule especially for a hardcore pvp server. I think you should go back to the no excessive flaming and cussing not to the no flaming at all. Tariax had a right to be mad at us although he might've took it far. Mostly all of his flames were directed toward me. They didn't make me mad though I thought they were hilarious lol. Some people are different though. I think MAYBE give him a probation chance but the second he thinks about breaking a rule just perma ban him and not let him appeal again.

this may be true but cav only passed this law recently and in which i knew not it was bannable just jailable

+1 I think? I don't like people getting banned. I have been banned from many servers, it is not fun (fair enough I have ripped them apart...)

You guys are too easy on them. I don't personally care if either player is banned/unbanned, but I would like if they are muted from global in the future.

Back when I was playing there never seemed to be a problem...

It's kind of hard to enforce anything when all you can do is jail. And they can still talk which means they can flame still or even more because you jailed them. Half the problems could be solved if I had the proper tools to do it with. It's like getting into a gun fight without a gun.
